And yes.. I'm doing it.. Crazy huh? It is to me~ So before I start, let me tell you a bit about my past.
Ok... I am not the pretty girl that are skinny since young or am I the cute girl everyone loves. I am that plump tomboyish girl that are always running around with my neighborhood boys (be it Indian, Malay/ Chinese). I'm always playing sports like Football, cycling, Basketball, etc. Can't believe huh~ haha~
I was always at the overweight line since primary school and secondary School. However, I slim down a lot during my older years in Secondary School but can't called the slim girl yet as i'm the wider bone structure person. I really go all the way buy working out more than 3 hours a day. I ran everyday about an hr or so, do a lot of exercising that focus mainly on my abs, hands and thigh~ Alternatively, I went for a swim or so~. This continues until i seriously got super busy on my studies in Poly. If I'm not wrong, during Year 2. I totally gave up my exercising routine and used all my time on my Studies. I'm serious. Including my sleeping time that was cut down to 3-4 hrs daily. Dark Eye Circle were crazy! And so i gain weight. More than ever...
From the thinnest I ever got, I have gain about 10 kg... DAMN! And i'm so going to cut them out.
Ok... I'm just going to be honest, I'm now about 63 kg and I'm considered overweight with that short height of 161cm.
Since I'm working, obviously, I can't slim down the way like I'm previously did. I want to do this slowly. I will first focus more on eating healthily right and changing my lifestyle. Then slowly, I will add in some exercise routine that may varies depends on the targeted place I want to work with.
But most importantly, I want to starts running! I really love the feeling of running and the breathing tempo that flows with my running steps. Yea~ So If you pretties/hunkies wanna do this together, Let's support each other! You don't need to post any image or what. Just comment below on how's your progress and let's just share tips :))
