In dictionary, Whimsical means: Playfully quaint or fanciful, esp. in an appealing and amusing way. I really love this word as it express a lot from a single word. Yes... The wonderwoman that i was saying like a month ago... So before i show you I bought, i would like to say a bit of my experience buying them. I bought mine @ Sephora Ion to get the cash voucher of $40 if you spend an accumulative of $240. I treat this as a discount.
Since i work at town, I have no problem visiting Sephora in the morning. I was super excited as I really love wonderwoman. You will know if you read my previous post about them. HOWEVER, the store have not reached which made me a bit turned off. The male promoter said that they will be here at around 11am and he was able to take order for me. I was really happy after hearing that. So i ordered mine and helping one of my friend too. He said that he will give me a call when the stocks reached. For the first time, I kept looking at my phone. (My mobile is a very secondary thing for me... I don't mind not carrying them everywhere) It was 2pm but i didn't receive any call. Thinking that they might forgot about me, I went back to check and they say the store was still not here but for sure will be coming on that day.
So it was around 5.30pm when I was having my facial done, I received a call and was told that the stocks will not be in by today. They will call me once the stocks reached. This time, I didn't feel any anger or what so ever. Maybe because i was enjoying myself with the facial but at the very least, I know that they do call back.
After the 4th day of waiting which is the Sunday, I finally got a call from them about the stocks have arrived. I was excited but do not want to get them that day. If you can imagine going to Town on every weekdays, you will not want to go there on weekends. Luckiy they were able to hold mine for me till the next day. If they can't, I will really dislike them alot. So happily, i got my Wonderwoman the next day morning! So happy about them.

If you do not know, Joyce is actually my second Sister. She is a sweet and important sister to me. So on the date of 3rd of March 2011, she was finally engaged and i was really happy for her.
My sister is a secondary Art Teacher. So from the heard of it, you will know that she focus alot on design and meaning to her solemnization. She DIY almost all her display with the help of one of her student. Personally, I would want to thanks this student as I know this means a lot to my sister. I also help out doing up her Pen holder, hair flower and a mini surprise~ That surprise are helium balloon! I have heard alot about my sister wanting to have helium balloon as a decoration so without hesitation, I went to buy 40 blue and white balloon that suites her theme colours.
That day can be said as a happy but yet unlucky day for me. You will know more later. As i have to deliver my sister's head flower (i don't know what you call that) latest by 2pm, it will be very rush. Things did not go well at all... I messed up on my eye makeup which looks like i was being hit in the eyes. So i have no choice but to wipe them off and bring my cosmetic to the event place and do my makeup there. Not only that, the stuff that i packed to bring over were suddenly gone from the place i packed them.. Angry enough, i talked to my brother in a rude way and in the end causes us to have a quarrel while on the way to buy the helium balloon.
So when i reached there, i went looking for the shop that sells the helium balloon... AND something happen again... My right heels is spoiled!!!! The strip that hold our leg came off. Luckily enough there is a cobbler near me. So I let my heels to be repair and continue my search for the Party Shop... Not long later i found them and got 40! blue and white balloon all blown up! For once, i felt excitement and happiness. So after that, i went back to the clobber and retrieved my heels which caused me $2... I felt a bit wired wearing it but I tell myself it should be ok. It is NOT OK at all.... the strip came off from the other side! %*($^&*)(%^&$%^&!!! I was totally moody after that... Due to time constraint, I called my mum to take another of my heels here.
Finally i have reached the Event venue. I quickly took the flower and looked for my sister... After seeing my sister, my moodiness vanished. I was just happy for her and i want her to be the prettiest and happiest girl in the world on that day. I quickly do up my makeup while talking to my sister too. Also, i have to say that once I saw the makeup artist Foundation that she is using, i know that this makeup artist is a Professional one. She is using RMK Foundation! I always heard good things about this but have not tried it before they are just too expensive!
After i am done, i went out to setup the pen holder and got the balloon ready to surprise my sister. My brother sis helped. Unfortunately, my sister came out of the toilet i can't record the surprise scene. However, she was really very happy and I was contented.
So while waiting for my family and my other heels to come, i can't stop taking photo of my sister. She was just too beautiful...
My family was late but when i saw them and quickly look at the heels, one of them was actually a worn off heels that might spoil anytime. Another was the one that i want but was totally wet as the cleaner chose a great day to wash the floor. Cheers on that.. With no choice, i can only wear that near-to-spoil heels. But everything went really well after that.

As usual, I was going for my lunch with my colleagues at ION. However, this time, we walk a different route, we decided to walk at the open space outside as i have to check on something. So once we walk out of the escalator to outside of ION, there was this beautiful scene! They are actually human sized acessories such as sunglass, bags and shoes that are made out of flowers! Totally beautiful. Check them out if you have the time~ I have check them out.
Ok... Before I start writing anything, I would like to thanks my friend/colleague, Joleen for giving me this two wonderful makeover experience from Chanel. If you do not know, the Chanel from Metro Paragon gave out free makeover by a Korean makeup artist, Kim/Naomi if you spent more than $180. So because of my friend who spent double the amount, she was able to bring another friend go and she chose me!
Our appointment was 11am. To tell you the truth, I can't sleep at all the night before. That's my second time being makeup by a professional makeup artist but was my first time being make up by a Korean makeup artist! As you know i am crazy about K-drama/ K-pop, being makeup by a Korean is like a dream to me! I was really happy!~
So me and my colleague made an appointment to have our makeover at the following Saturday on 11am. The night before, I am too excited that I kept dreaming about me being late for the makeover and lost the chance of the makeover. Haha.. I know i am crazy but i can't help it! i was awake really early and i decided to still put on my makeup cause i just can't go out with my dull skin. However, i felt lucky that i put on my makeup because i got to learn their proper way to cleanse, tone and moisturize my face. Not only that i learn alot about Korean makeup style too!~ (i will soon post a video and a write-up about this soon after i research more~)

Chanel Pre-lotion
This is the only thing I got that day... After my makeup is done, I tell Kim about my problem on my forehead which started after i starts working. Immediately, she said that it is oil clog and my case, it "pop" out everyday. immediately, i nodded my head because FINALLY someone understand what i am suffering from. I always tell the beautician about my problems but they don't believe that they just "pop" out the next day! So without hesitation, she said that i will have to do more scrub/exfoliation. She recommend me this product which will help to do mild exfoliation. She said that this will slow down my metabolism. This is to use only at night. Before you even put your toner, get a cotton pad soak with a little bit of the Pre-lotion and wipe it all over my face and neck. Also, it smells really nice too!
I have to say that after a few days of usage, I realized that all the bumps seems to be flatter than before. I can't say that they are gone but it's so much better than before. This costs $75 but I bought it for $60. So to me, if this can heal my ugly bumps, i don't mind spending this money.
The following week, my same colleague actually have another makeover but she don't really like the way they makeup (as she always like to use just shimmery white eyeshadow) and force me to go for another makeover. However, I was also rushing for my project and do not want to go through the work makeover. So, i requested them to touch up my makeup and hair. Frankly, i did not regret the decision because i learned another skill on how we should touch-up our makeup. I always have difficulty transforming my day makeup to my night makeup.
So in conclusion, i really have a great experience from both of the mini makeover and i have great fun too! In this post, i really want to thank my colleague, Joleen, the makeup artist, Kim and the Professional Chanel Beautician who helps me to do the recording too! haha~
If you guys do not know, I am the type who likes to doll up beautifully on Friday. I will always try to wear my best outfit that suites my mood that day. Since i am working at the town area, I will always restraint myself from buying till it's Friday. I know... That weird but this is the way I discipline myself and control myself from my unhealthy appetite of the beauty products.
Last Friday can be said one of my most fun Friday. Me and my Colleagues were searching for cloth for our stores display at Arab Street and decided to visit Haji lane. I was totally excited because it is so-called my first time going there. I did went there once to do some shooting a few years ago but all the store is close and i didn't visit any of the stores too. Yes.. I know... I am like too outdated not to go there. I really love some of the interior of the shop-houses. Some really gives me great inspiration.
So with our super thick skin, we walk into some of the stores. Surprisingly, the stuff there are not expensive! To me, Haji lane is like a life website that have a lot of blogshop connected to it. With this description you can understand the price range of them. However, i can't promise to say that all stuff are cheap because some shops are sells high-end product. It really depends on the store you visit.

So that Friday, I have really a hard time looking for my best outfit of that Friday because what i wanted to wear have to match with heels. However, i have a date after work with my secondary girlfriend, Shu Jun. Therefore in the end i work a old dress i got last year (i think) which mainly shows my sexy back. LOL... That's the only place I thnk i can show-off since I am fat now... HOWEVER, after i reach work, i realise that my dress to bag to scarf didn't suites each other at all! I have no choice but to use the ultimate solution... That is to act and walk like a princess... As if you are wearing the best dress.... HAHA...
