Hi Babes~
Despite my toe, i manage to run! I was scared to run too much as i'm scared that my nail will really comes out... I do not want that.

Main Aim for the week!
Eat lesser and more healthy food


Diet and workup Diary

Monday (21 November 2011)
Breakfast: Toasted Bread with Tuna
Lunch: Chicken Porridge
Dinner: Mummy's cooked Food and Papaya~ (I tried to eat lesser)

Exercise: Jog (Apprx. 3.4km), Skipping(500)

I used mapmyrun to calculate the distance


Tuesday
Breakfast: Toasted Banana walnut with cereal

Lunch: Half Bowl Hokkaido Ramen
Dinner: Mummy Cooked Food! <3

Exercise: Jog (Apprx. 3.4km) Skipping(600)


Wednesday
Breakfast: Banana walnut with kaya
Lunch: Soup Spoon
Dinner: Japanese Set: Plate of mixed Sashimi, Kami nabe(Paper pot), Rice(hardly touch it), bits of salad & a slice of watermelon.
*It's a birthday celebration. But i tried eating something soupy~


Exercise: nil (too late after celebration)



Thursday
Breakfast: Toasted Banana walnut with milo
Lunch: Ban Mian (2/3 the bowl)
Dinner: Mummy Cooked Food! <3

Exercise: nil (raining heavily)

Friday
Breakfast: Toasted Banana walnut with milo
Lunch: Salad Bar with Colleague, Lulu~
Dinner: Mummy Cooked Food! <3

Exercise: nil (visitors)


Saturday
Breakfast: -
Lunch: Carrot Cake(3/4)
Dinner: Zhu Chao (bee hoon, Tofu, steam fish, Kang Kong)

Exercise: Jog (3.4km)


Sunday
Breakfast: -
Late Lunch: Baby Basil and Mushroom Salad and bits of Nachos
Dinner: Mummy Thai Food!

Exercise: Flowbarrel (2hrs), Sea Swimming/Playing (1hr), Skipping (1100)

Changes made:

For my intakes, I try my best selecting more of the soupy/digestive dishes like fish soup, Sashimi,porridge, tofu, etc. Basically, eating more healthy. I do not want to starve myself. Not only that, I have eat much lesser for my dinner. Since i have no choice for my dinner (home cook), i try to eat only the veges, the soup and the fruits!

Though i have to say i did not do a good job at my exercising part this week, but i will definitely work harder. So please do support me :))

Current Weight: 62kg

Weightloss Journey Week 1

Hi Babes~

Before i starts writing about my diet, I want to briefly talk about my diet routine/habit.

As I am "the one" that is always rushing for work (no matter i'm early or late) and don't like to spend money on food, especially breakfast, I brought my house bread-toaster to office and have various spreads in my office fridge. Therefore most of my breakfast is toasted bread. And i am one bread lover <3!

Most of the time, I have my dinner eaten at home too as my mum cooks almost everyday... Blessed :)) It might also because i am Single, making me no excuse to eat outside... LOLx

So here goes...

Monday (14 November 2011)
Breakfast: Toasted Bread with Tuna Cheese
Lunch: Chicken Rice [ Full of Guilts :(( ]
Dinner: Teochew Porridge

Exercise: Jog (Apprx. 3km. Skipping(200),Situps(80)


Tuesday
Breakfast: MacDonald burger (from my sweet Colleague, Lulu~)
Lunch: Lei Cha
(without the egg and toufu) 
Dinner: Mummy Cooked Food! <3

Exercise: Jog (Apprx. 3.7km. Skipping(240),Situps(120)


Wednesday
Breakfast: Tuna Bread
Lunch: Porridge and Cheong Chong Fen (shared with my lovely colleague~)
Dinner: Chicken Chop (I am speechless... Sorry)


Exercise: Jog (Apprx. 3.7km. Skipping(240),Situps(120), Step-up (40)



Thursday
Breakfast: Butter Sugar Toast Bread
Lunch: Nasi Lemak
Dinner: Macdonald Fillet O' Fish (AGAIN!)

Exercise: none. (work too late)


Friday
Breakfast: Omelet with toasted bread
Lunch: Soup Spoon (Something Chicken and Olive)
Dinner: Dian Xiao Er with Family

Exercise: Jog (Apprx. 6.7km)


Saturday
Breakfast: nil~
Lunch: minced pork noodles
Dinner: cup noodles

Exercise: none (working)


Sunday
Breakfast: nil~
Lunch: nil~
Dinner: MacDonald Fillet O' Fish

Exercise: Flowrider(2hr), Flowbarrel(2hr) [i m improving :)) but i hurt my big toe... my nails is falling apart.... sob sob]

I have to admit something. I ATE TOO MUCH MAC!!!! Gosh.... I am not a Fav to fast food. But due to the busy schedule, i have no choice... Please do have hope on me ya :)

Weight: 64kg (I think i gain muscle.... have to eat lesser... lol)

Next time, i will try to measure the main area too so that i can see which part is firming up too :)

Ok.. I know.. I didn't blog of a LONG TIME! Sorry! I have been real busy and my laptop is down~ i got a new iMac now  >.<

And yes.. I'm doing it.. Crazy huh? It is to me~ So before I start, let me tell you a bit about my past.

Ok... I am not the pretty girl that are skinny since young or am I the cute girl everyone loves. I am that plump tomboyish girl that are always running around with my neighborhood boys (be it Indian, Malay/ Chinese).  I'm always playing sports like Football, cycling, Basketball, etc. Can't believe huh~ haha~

I was always at the overweight line since primary school and secondary School. However, I slim down a lot during my older years in Secondary School but can't called the slim girl yet as i'm the wider bone structure person. I really go all the way buy working out more than 3 hours a day. I ran everyday about an hr or so, do a lot of exercising that focus mainly on my abs, hands and thigh~ Alternatively, I went for a swim or so~. This continues until i seriously got super busy on my studies in Poly. If I'm not wrong, during Year 2. I totally gave up my exercising routine and used all my time on my Studies. I'm serious. Including my sleeping time that was cut down to 3-4 hrs daily. Dark Eye Circle were crazy! And so i gain weight. More than ever...

From the thinnest I ever got, I have gain about 10 kg... DAMN! And i'm so going to cut them out.

Ok... I'm just going to be honest, I'm now about 63 kg and I'm considered overweight with that short height of 161cm.

Since I'm working, obviously, I can't slim down the way like I'm previously did. I want to do this slowly.  I will first focus more on eating healthily right and changing my lifestyle. Then slowly, I will add in some exercise routine that may varies depends on the targeted place I want to work with.

But most importantly, I want to starts running! I really love the feeling of running and the breathing tempo that flows with my running steps. Yea~ So If you pretties/hunkies wanna do this together, Let's support each other! You don't need to post any image or what. Just comment below on how's your progress and let's just share tips :))

I will try to post weekly on my progress :)

* I am doing this because i want to change my lifestyle, get healthy get motivated and Motivate people too!

My Simple 2011 Birthday Celebrations

Hi Sweeties!

Finally my birthday! However, i seriously do not have any mood to celebrate them... maybe because i'm getting older? lolx. Therefore i just celebrate them very simple. Nothing fancy at all.

So me and my partner, Lulu, decides to eat something good to celebrate my Bday. Even before 10am, we have been discussing where to go... haha and we decided to go...


YES! IT'S TWG! I always wanted to go there... Such a classy and a good place to chill~

So after work, I went ahead and meet my secondary friends, Shu Jun, Suzanne and Hong Wei. Suzanne was totally late due to her work and the Jam she received... Therefore, me and the others went ahead to Raffles Hotel, Long Island~ That's where i always wanted to go! As I'm in love with this alcohol cocktail, Singapore Sling, I always wanted to visit Long Island, which is where Singapore Sling origins.

So for my birthday celebrations with my family which we make it on the Sunday, I forgot to take all the wonderful and delicious that my mum cook for me! But my brother took some picture of me~

 Caius is actually sitting on my lap but he cried... I think because of the fire... So I switch him with my mum and got Valencia acompanying me! haha!

 Valencia can't wait to cut my cake! And Caius was totally enjoying it...

Dolly wink

Hi Sweeties:)
Few weeks ago, i went ahead to buy a set of doll wink fake eyelashes! It consist of a pair of upper and lower lashes, lash glue and also their eyelash holder! It was S$24.90. I have never bought such expensive lashes but seriously a great buy~

They are super natural and the lash hair are super soft! Softer then my real eyelash... haha 
BUT WHAT I LIKE MOST will be their TRANSPARENT body? that holds all the fake eyelashes!

Basically, I have my shadows very simple. I only add abit of brown on my crease and eyeliner~ I focus alot on the STAND OUT lashes and a very pinky cheek! haha~ My lips are neutral too! So enough of the talking and hope you guys enjoy the below CAMWHORING! lolx...

Benefits "One Prime Day"

Hi Sweeties

Finally! Benefit is selling the "one prime day" package exclusively at Sephora Singapore~ They are $20 per box. This is like the first time Sephora Singapore starts selling small package of products. yea~
 In the package, there are:
  1. That gal (7.5ml)
  2. The POREfessional (7.5ml)
  3. Stay Don't Stray (2.5ml)
 
(seriously dunno why the colour or this img are totally off...)

If  you're not sure about the products, they are a pack of PRIMER PRODUCTS. "that gal" are the face primer. the "POREessional" helps to minimize the visibility of the pores and "Stay Don't Stray" are the eye primer.  I didn't use all these products before so I'm really happy that I can get all this at $20 for a tryout!

So before this sell out, faster go down to Sephora and grab them! hehex
